Travel

• Airfare: Must be booked in first or business class.

• Train fare: First Class Amtrak, maximum 2 hour trip, 50 % of travel time included.

• Accommodation: Must be a 5-star or 4-star hotel.

Travel Time Requirements

• Central US, East , and West Coast: Minimum of 6 hours.

• Cross Border : Minimum of 1 overnight stay.

• Intercontinental: Minimum of 24 hours.

  FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING

Double Dates

• Minimum Time: 2 hours

• Rate Adjustment: Necessary if there is a difference between providers' rates; no exceptions.

• Kinks: SOME available upon request.

Time Beyond Initial Booking

• Extra Charge: 900 per additional hour as my schedule allows

• For Dates Extending Past Midnight: Add $500 or opt for an overnight extension.

• Trip to The Isles: 500 additionally and discussed prior

Screening

What I Expect from You:

• Your name

• A recent photo of yourself

• A photo of your ID

  AND/OR

• A LinkedIn profile or public social media profile

• Details on where, when, and for how long you would like to spend time with me

Couples

both parties must consent and screen

• Minimum Booking Time: 3 hours

• Additional Fee: $ 800

• For Overnight or Longer: Add $1,000

Payment

All fees for my time are set and non-negotiable. I kindly request that you handle all payment arrangements at the start of our time together. Please take care of this without needing a reminder from me, as it allows us to focus on our experience. If we meet in a public setting, feel free to discreetly place the payment inside a book or greeting card.

Deposit

For first-time appointments, a 50% deposit is required to secure our meeting—no exceptions!

Cancellations

I understand that emergencies can happen, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cannot provide this notice, a 50% cancellation fee may be applied for the time reserved. Deposits are non refundable although are transferable within a 30 day period.
